Ingredients : Massaman Curry Paste (Dried red chili, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galanga, shrimp paste, coriander seed, cumin, star anise, cardamon, cinnamon), Dark Brown Sugar, Mushroom Soy Sauce (Water, Defatted Soybean, Wheat, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'- Inosinate and Disodium 5' Guanylate, Mushroom Extract, Sodium Benzoate as Preservatives, Natural Color (Caramel), Artificial Flavor), Fish Sauce (anchovy extract, water, salt & sugar), Anise powder, Cardamom, Himalayan Pink Salt, Citric Acid
Ingredients for Massaman Curry:
1 can (13.5 oz) Coconut milk
2 tablespoons Surisa Massaman curry paste
1 cup bite size meat
2 cups bite size potatoes and/or peeled cut bite size carrots
1-2 cups double dice size Tofu (alternative)
1 handful unsalted nuts
1). Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil + 2 tbsp Surisa Thai Massaman curry, stir in medium heat until mix well.
2). Toss in 1 cup of meat/poultry, stir mix well.
3). Toss in 2 cups peel and cut 2” potatoes and/or carrots, Stir until mix well, Pour 1 can of coconut milk, Toss in a handful of unsalted nuts. Adjust to taste
4).Add Cinnemon sticks & star anise (optional), Simmer for 10-15 min. (Vegetarian: add1-2 cups double dice tofu) , Serve with rice
OPTIONAL : before serving
- Add 1/2 cup of water for the lighter taste
- Add grounded Chili (for spicier taste)
Suggestion: Create your own fusion: By adding to any meal.
Example - Asian meals = Fried rice, Stirfry meat/vegetable, Soup. Grilled.
Example - American and other meals = pasta, pizza, hot dog, burger, grilled, fried & etc.,
